LEUNG Kwok Keung Stanley, Managing Director
Mr Stanley Leung is the sole Founder and the Managing Director of EWORLD Insurance Brokers Limited, a licensed insurance broker in Hong Kong established in 2000.
He graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a double major in Finance and Marketing. He began his career at HSBC and the Hong Kong Government’s Trade Department before joining Prudential Assurance Company Limited, where he served as Employee Benefits Specialist, specializing in corporate health insurance and ORSO pension schemes.
Since founding EWORLD in 2000, Mr Leung has provided expert insurance brokerage and advisory services to multinational corporations, listed companies, local enterprises, and organizations. EWORLD has been the trusted insurance advisor to the Consulate General of Belgium in Hong Kong since 2000, offering comprehensive solutions in health, accident, pension, liability, and motor insurance.
A highly respected industry leader, Mr Leung was awarded the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) in 1997 and named Prudential’s Employee Benefits Specialist of the Year. EWORLD has received multiple accolades, including AIA PIBA Group Business First Runner-Up (2002), AIA PIBA Group Business Champion (2003), and Champion Pension Producer from Principal Financial Group (2009).
Mr Leung has been frequently invited by leading insurers for his expertise. He was the first Hong Konger approved by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission as an authorized agent for AIG China (2011), and was invited attending Bupa Global’s International Annual Conference in Jordan and also an exclusive dinner event with Bupa Group Chairman Lord Leitch (2012). He was also one of the few guest broker speakers at Bupa’s Annual Health Forum in Hong Kong (2017).
He is actively engaged in the international business community as a Corporate Member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong (AmCham) since 2017. He previously served as Board Director and Treasurer of the Belgium-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong BLCC (2019–2022). He is also a Corporate Member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong (BritCham) since 2026. He currently serves on AmCham’s Insurance Committee.
Mr Leung is also committed to community service. EWORLD serves as insurance advisor to the Hong Kong Association of Christian Missionary Limited and the Churches of Peace Evangelical Centres. The company has been a Corporate Sponsor of the Belgian Days Event in Hong Kong since 2023.
